2024
First 10 vetted listings go live in Kigali. Waitlist grows to 500+ investors within 3 months.
2025
Platform launch. Firebase backend, real-time listings, favourites, map view, and realtor dashboard all go live.
2026
Hills Properties Ltd formally registered with RDB. Growing the vetted listings database and expanding into new Kigali districts and surrounding provinces, with Kenya expansion planned for early 2027.
